(58) Regarding the species of horses, first the arab one, and their leader is the white with yellow ears; in the second place the Persian, and the mule, the donkey, the onager, the hippo, and others.

(59) And (there are) two main camels: from the plain and from the mountain, -has one bump- and has two bumps.
(60) Among the species of ox are the white, mud-colored, red, yellow, black, and dappled, the elk, the buffalo, the camel-ox-leopard (ustur-gaw-palang)(1)(Giraffe) the ox-fish, and others.

 

Note: ustur-gaw-palang is the correct Persian word for giraffe. It is the combination of the three animals of which the giraffe supposedly was the offspring.
