The degrees of Taurus (1) and the 19 degrees of Scorpio (2) have increased rain in the south in the villages and towns which are close to but south of the equator. In this zone are the Negroes of the Zingi and Oaden (3) and towns that are south and towns that are on the equator in the first clime.

 

(1) Taurus is a large and prominent constellation in the Northern Hemisphere's winter sky.

(2) Scorpio: is located in the Southern celestial hemisphere, its bright stars include Antares and Acrab.

(3) Oaden: Ogaden area in the Horn of Africa.
