They say to some animals: Giraffe. The correct word is: giraffe, with fatha (1), and its plural is giraffes and giraffes. Ibn Qutaybah (2) claimed that a she-camel from an Abyssinian camel is driven by hyenas in the country of Abyssinia and produces a child created between the she-camel and a hyena. If it is a male, he drives the wild cow and produces a giraffe, but it is called a giraffe, because it is from a group, and giraffe: a group of People and others.

(1) Fatha is the A vowel in Arabic; qaf is the letter: K; mim is the letter M. Damma is the vowel u in Arabic.
