Quseir in Egypt but close to the Sudanese border on the Red Sea shore

Is a list of detailed accounts of at least 50 clients of a merchant;

every entry begins with a client's name and a figure of money of a dept or payment made by; only occasionally the merchandise is mentioned.

Written in different hands at different times.

One of the few merchandises mentioned:
Cloaks of the Jews and Abyssinian garments (kisa al Yahud wa-maliyat al-Habashiya)
They were sold on behalf of Yasi ibn Anktu (or Anktuwa)
The writer of the book adds: Because of the name; a Muslim of perhaps East African origin
