This block printed book got very popular in the 16^th century when many editions got printed. Here two editions are compared. 新編京本臝虫錄 (Newly Edited Beijing Version of Record of Naked Creatures) (1550) and 新刻臝蟲錄 (New Engraved Record of Naked Creatures) (1593)
