The mountains Kalfa and then Mundji Huzn.

Between Kilifi and Owyombo and about 5 miles inland is a range of hills from 600 to 800 feet high but flat and without any well-defined summit; Dongo Kundu, 815 feet high, is near its southern extreme, Mount Mangen (not on my map), 1,776 feet high and 17 miles west-northwestward of Owyombo River, has a fairly well-defined summit, the sides sloping gradually. Standing alone, it makes a good landmark in clear weather.
